When you contact us by phone, email or Facebook, we receive the details you choose to give us, typically your name, contact details, information about your vehicle or item, and any photos you send for a quote. This website has no user accounts and does not set advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, carry out the work you've asked for, and keep the records we're legally required to keep (for example invoices and vehicle purchase paperwork). We don't sell your information or share it with anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. Records connected to completed work or vehicle purchases are kept as long as legal and accounting rules require.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no legal reason to keep it. To do any of that, email paramountpaint2025@gmail.com.
