Alloy Wheel Refurbishment & Diamond Cut
Kerb rash, corrosion and flaking lacquer make a good car look tired. We refurbish alloys back to factory-fresh, including diamond cut faces, in whatever finish you want.
Wheels take more abuse than any other part of the car, and they show it first. Kerb rash, winter salt corrosion and peeling lacquer all drag the whole car down. Refurbishment strips the damage back, repairs the rim, and refinishes the wheel properly, so it looks like it just left the factory rather than like it has been touched up.
Diamond cut wheels need proper equipment, not a rattle can. The face of the wheel is machined to restore that bright, precise metal finish, then sealed under lacquer. If your wheels came diamond cut from the factory, that is the only way to get the genuine look back, and it is a job plenty of garages will not touch.

How long does alloy refurbishment take?
Typically we need the wheels for a short period depending on the finish and how many we are doing. Diamond cutting takes longer than a standard refurb. We will give you an exact timescale when you book.
Can you repair diamond cut wheels?
Yes. The wheel face is machined back and re-lacquered to restore the original diamond cut finish. There is a limit to how many times any wheel can be cut, and we will tell you honestly if yours has reached it.
Is it cheaper than buying new wheels?
Almost always, and usually by a long way. Refurbishing a damaged set costs a fraction of replacing like-for-like alloys, and it adds real value when you sell the car.
Do you do just one wheel?
Yes. If one wheel has caught a kerb we can refurbish just that one and match it to the rest of the set.
